I am writing to tell you about the great experience we had listing our property with Katie Painter. When we started to consider selling our property we were referred to Katie by a friend. We are so glad they pointed us in her direction! We live out of state and had major concerns about selling a property from “out of town.” To make matters more troubling we wanted to sell a rental property and we’re weren’t sure how to sell it while it was being rented! We had a lot of questions and no answers. But after years of losing money and struggling to manage a rental property in a different state, we decided to call Katie. 
Katie was so helpful! She put us at ease right away and made it painless to list and sell the property. She maintained an excellent relationship with our renters during the sale which allowed for a smooth transition. Her knowledge and expertise was comforting for us and she was able to provide clear answers to our questions. Our property took a while to sell but Katie was always optimistic and helpful. She encouraged us and helped us stay positive. We finally sold the property this month and we feel like a burden has been lifted. We’re breathing easier now and we are so grateful for Katie and everything she has done for us. If we ever buy or sell property in AZ again we will DEFINITELY be call Katie!
